A TRIAL BLOG

No, not a blog devoted to trials. Eric Turkewitz, author of New York Personal Injury Law Blog, wrote several posts about a trial he just completed. The posts cover jury selection, the direct and cross examination of experts as well as the injured party, and everything else straight through to verdict.

To be clear, while the posts were written throughout the trial, they were not posted until it had ended.
